Grapes are harvested at their peak and the juices allowed to ferment naturally over seven days before being double distilled in the Cognac style. For ageing, the Master Blender selects barrels from 200 year old oaks, handmade to exact specifications.

Intensely aromatic with a velvety texture. The bouquet is laced with hints of creme brulee, iris, and burnt orange and the flavour blends peach, toasted almond, and jasmine.
