Named after the navel strategist (and incorrigible gambler) Admiral Rodney rums come from St. Lucia Distillers. The rums are renowned for their rich colour and flavour, created by extracting pure rum on lower plates of the Coffey still.
Pouring a deep mahogany, Admiral Rodney HMS Princessa Gold Rum holds a nose with plenty of honeyed raisin, vanilla, and tobacco. The palate has an intense brown sugar sweetness, matched by creme brulee and toasted oak.
